注意事項 ・当イベントは痛車の展示カーショーイベントです。エントリーいただく車両に関してはいわゆるキャラクターラッピング装飾を施した車両、それに準ずる痛車と呼称される車両でのエントリーをお願いいたします。

・本イベントは違法改造を助長するイベントではございません。

　車検の有無に関わらず極端な改造車両でのブース出展含めエントリーは全てお断りさせていただきます。

〈例：屋根切り車両・竹槍マフラーのような上に大きく伸びるカチあげマフラー等〉・ナンバープレートの未取得（仮ナンバーのみの車両含む）車両は一般エントリー不可とさせていただきます。

・ただし以下の場合のみ日本国の自動車登録番号の取得が不要となります。

　1.自動車通関手帳（カルネ）の取得により「自家用自動車の一時輸入に関する通関条約」に基づく国際制度による通関書類を受けた海外から入国している車両

　2.日本と韓国の2国間協定に基づき一時的に入国している韓国ナンバーの車両　　

・積載車での搬入が可能な車両は以下の通りに限定させていただきます。

　自動車登録番号表（自動車用ナンバープレート）取得済みの車検有り車両

　自動車登録番号表（自動車用ナンバープレート）取得済みの車検切れ車両　故障してしまい、やむなく会場まで積載車で来場された車両

　日本国外から今回のイベント参加のために輸送してきた海外ナンバー車両　

・ナンバー未取得及び抹消後の4輪競技専用車両の展示に関してはブース出展のみでの受付とさせていただきます。・Yナンバー及びAナンバーは自走でのエントリーが可能です。

・積載車でエントリーされた場合ですが会場内に積載車を置くスペースがございません。近隣に大型車の駐車が可能な駐車場がございますので、お手数ですがエントリー者様個人で積載車の駐車場をご準備ください。また、積載車にて搬入される場合は備考欄にご連絡をおねがいします。

・エントリー1度につき登録可能な車両は1台のみとなります。

・今回より会場内でのオーディオを利用したアピールは可能です。ただし近隣からの申し出があった場合音量を下げていただく場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・会場内でのアイドリングは可能です。（ガソリン切れやバッテリー上がり等には十分お気をつけください。運営では責任を負いかねます。）

・空ぶかし、ドリフト、バーンナウト、箱乗り、車検証定員以上の人数での乗車などの危険運転行為並びにそれに順ずる行為は安全面の観点より場内全て禁止とさせていただきます。

・イベントには多くの方が来場されます。許可の無い車両の開催時間中の移動はご遠慮ください。また搬出時もスタッフの指示に従い速やかに搬出してください。

・緊急車両を模した車両（パトカー・救急車）や血糊を使用するような猟奇的なアイテム車両の展示は禁止とさせていただきます。

・様々な年齢の方が来場されますので会場内での公序良俗に反する表現および、車外への18禁アイテムの持ち出し等は全て禁止とさせていただきます。

・当日上記ルールを守らずに来場された方は申し訳ございませんがご退場をいただきます。その際のエントリー費の返金は行いませんのでご了承ください。

・イベントの妨害行為及び迷惑行為などが発生した場合はただちに警察に通報させていただきます。

・当日は万全の体調で会場へおこしください。

・場内での事故やトラブルに関しましては運営では一切の責任を負いかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・イベント中に運営側で撮影した画像につきましてはHPなどで掲載させていただく場合がございます。

・エントリー後自己都合でキャンセルの場合は返金しかねます。ご了承ください。    ※コロナウイルスによる職場からの指示や国、県等が発する緊急事態宣言により来場が困難になった場合のみ一部返金対応をさせていただきます。

Important Notices / Terms & Conditions

• This event is an Itasha (character-themed vehicle) exhibition car show.Only vehicles with character wraps, decals, or designs commonly recognized as itasha, or vehicles equivalent in style, are eligible for entry.

• This event does not promote or condone illegal vehicle modifications.Regardless of vehicle inspection (shaken) status, extremely modified vehicles will not be accepted for entry or booth exhibition.

  Examples include (but are not limited to):cut-roof vehicles, exaggerated upward “bamboo spear” style exhausts, or similar unsafe modifications.

• Vehicles without an officially issued license plate (including vehicles with only temporary plates) are not eligible for general entry.

• Exceptions where a Japanese vehicle registration number is NOT required are limited to the following cases only:

  1. Vehicles entering Japan from overseas under an ATA Carnet, in accordance with the Customs Convention on the Temporary Importation of Private Road Vehicles.

  2. Vehicles with Korean license plates temporarily entering Japan under a bilateral agreement between Japan and South Korea.

• Vehicles that may be transported to the venue by carrier truck are limited to the following:

  • Vehicles with a Japanese license plate and a valid vehicle inspection

  • Vehicles with a Japanese license plate but expired inspection, transported due to mechanical failure or unavoidable circumstances

  • Overseas vehicles transported specifically for participation in this event

• Unregistered vehicles or deregistered four-wheel competition-only vehicles may be accepted for booth exhibition only.Vehicles with Y plates or A plates are permitted to enter under their own power.

• Please note that there is no parking space for carrier trucks inside the venue.Participants must arrange parking for carrier trucks at nearby large-vehicle parking facilities at their own responsibility.If your vehicle will be transported by carrier truck, please notify us in the remarks section when entering.

• Only one vehicle may be registered per entry submission.

• From this event onward, audio systems may be used inside the venue for vehicle promotion.However, if complaints are received from nearby residents, participants may be required to lower the volume.

• Idling is permitted within the venue.Please take care to avoid fuel depletion or battery discharge. The organizers assume no responsibility for such issues.

• Dangerous driving and related actions are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:revving engines unnecessarily, drifting, burnouts, riding outside the vehicle, exceeding the seating capacity listed on the vehicle registration, or any similar acts.

• The event will be attended by many visitors.Unauthorized vehicle movement during event hours is prohibited.During exit, please follow staff instructions and leave the venue promptly.

• Display of vehicles resembling emergency vehicles (such as police cars or ambulances), as well as vehicles using blood effects or grotesque items, is strictly prohibited.

• As visitors of all ages will attend, any expression that violates public order and morals is prohibited, including the display or removal of adult (18+) items outside the vehicle.

• Participants who fail to comply with these rules on the day of the event will be asked to leave the venue.No refunds of entry fees will be provided in such cases.

• Any obstructive, disruptive, or nuisance behavior will be reported to the police immediately.

• Please attend the event in good physical condition.

• The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or troubles occurring within the venue.

• Photos and videos taken by the organizers during the event may be published on the official website or other media.

• Cancellations after entry for personal reasons are non-refundable.However, partial refunds may be considered only if attendance becomes impossible due to COVID-19–related workplace instructions or official emergency declarations issued by national or local governments.

最後にお願いがあります

痛車は他の一般車両に比べ、公道で一般の方の目に非常に止まりやすい車両ジャンルです。

そして人目に止まる一般公道をキャラクターが目立つ車両で走るという事は、皆さんが車両に貼ってあるキャラクターの評判を背負っているといっても過言ではありません。会場内だけでなく、近隣の観光地や飲食店などに遊びに行く際や見学に来られる他の痛車オーナーのみなさんにもお互いにマナーアップを啓発しあいながら、モラルをもって楽しんでご参加いただけると幸いです。 10年もこの町で続けられてきたのは今まで参加されてこられた多くのみなさんの積み重ねた信用があるから出来たことです。

ただ信用は積み重ねるのは難しいですが、崩壊する時は一瞬です。「自分だけなら大丈夫」「ちょっとくらいなら大丈夫」は通用しません。たった一台のやらかしでも、「痛車が」「あの作品の車両が」と主語が大きくなり広まってしまい、本人だけでなく周りの友人や制作に携わってくれたショップの方、その地区での関連の痛車イベント団体、同じ作品で痛車を楽しんでいる人、その作品にの制作等に関わる人、他にも多くの方に迷惑がかかってしまうのです。SNSなどで承認欲求が刺激されやすい昨今、目立ちたい気持ちもあるでしょう。

フォロワーやバズリが欲しかったり、友人の中で目立ちたい気持ちもわかります。

ですが、これからもこの町で、そしてITASHAWEEKを継続していく上でも1人1人が人並み以上に目立つ車両に乗っていて、キャラや作品の看板を背負っているという自覚をもって安全に、そしてマナー良く過ごしていただくことが何よりも大切なのです。

この10年間で痛車文化は大きく広がり、10年前では考えられないような多様性や楽しみ方が生まれました。私自身10年以上痛車に携わらせていただく中で、こういう風に痛車を色々な楽しみ方が出来る時代になったというのは本当に素晴らしいことだと感じています。これからもっと痛車という文化が広まり、楽しみ続けられる文化として残していくためにも、今一度マナーアップについて考え向き合ってもらいたいと思い文章を綴らせて頂きました。 誰かではなく、一人一人が気を付けながら
